    Dear Cary:
    Summary
Thank you for cooperating with me. I really appreciate that you are trying your best to concentrate with our class and trying to sound fine and happy.
I see and I can feel your potential to be a Great speaker. Just focus and don’t give up. The following are my comments and advice to you on how to improve.

    Speaking
You are good in speaking, but I can feel you are frustrated right now. Be patient with yourself. Learning any language can be frustrating, but frustration won't help you, so let it go.
Grasp every opportunity you have to speak with other people in English. Like me, your teacher. If you also have friends who are learning English, go out together for coffee and speak only English to each other.

    Listening
You can understand most of English conversations and questions. I advice you to listen to the listening activities in the book or watch English movies or English News. Or if you are really busy you can listen to some online English radios? So, please try to practice and be familiar with the words or sentences you feel difficult with.

    Pronunciation
Regarding your pronunciation, I must admit you really have to improve specially your "R" and "V" sounds. Although you are pronouncing the words right, still it doesn’t sound right because it’s not just pronouncing EACH word right. Pronouncing every word correctly leads to poor pronunciation! Good pronunciation comes from stressing the right words - this is because English is a time-stressed language. Here are a few tips for you:
    1. Write down a few sentences, or take a few example sentences from a book or exercise.
    2. First underline the stressed words, then read aloud focusing on stressing the underlined words and gliding over the non-stressed words.
    3. Be surprised at how quickly your pronunciation improves! By focusing on stressed words, non-stressed words and syllables take on their more muted nature.
    4. When listening to native speakers focus on how those speakers stress certain words and begin to copy this.

    Grammar
Regarding this part, I think you are doing well. You make mistakes in your grammar but you know how to correct yourself. But I want you to practice more because sometimes you don't know how to use proper group of words. But being “well” is not enough. I want you to exert more effort lessen the mistakes. I know you can do it Cary. *Was able to use important rules of grammars particularly the subject-verb agreement, conjunctions, simple present tense ,simple past tense and future tense
*Was able to form an organized sentence pattern
