各种各样的面试或者大家都已经参加过，有些感受，特别是问一些问题，不知道如何回答的情况下，我们先
一定好好准备是关键。
下面的三个问题，来一起学学回答技巧。
1.What are your long term career objectives? 你长远的职业目标是什么？
Reference answer 1: My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can.
我的长期的目标就是与一家公司一起不断学习，成长，承担更多责任，并贡献出我所有的价值。
Reference answer 2: I wish to move up to higher positions with acquisition of more experience in the future.
我希望在将来我获得了很多的经验后，可以做到更高的职位。
Reference answer 3: My career goal is to work at increasingly large firms and take on more challenging assignment.
我的职业目标就是不断在更大的公司里尝试做更有挑战性的工作。
2.What do you want to be in five years?你在将来的五年想成为什么？
Reference answer 1: I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization. I plan on enhancing my skills and being more professional.
我会努力把自己发展成为这家正规企业里的优秀员工，我打算进一步提高我的技能并变得更加专业些.
Reference answer 2: Well, I hope I can be a brand manager in five years or so. Launching and managing a brand, introducing it to as many customers as possible, in my opinion, will bring me great job satisfaction.
我希望我可以在五年后左右成为一个品牌经理。推出并管理一个品牌，尽可能的让越多的客户去了解这个品牌。这样将会给我带来工作上的满足感。
Reference answer 3: I think there are two possibilities. I will either be working as a senior in sales, or I will join a management team as a sales manager. During the past three years I worked my way up from sales rep to sales team leader, and I've felt that both positions have their own attractions. So in five years, I would be happy to be head of sales at a company or if I can be a team leader in a huge company like your company.
我觉得有两种可能。要不我就是作为一个高级销售，要不我就参加一个管理团队作为一个销售经理。在过去的三年里，我从销售代表做到销售队的领导。我觉得这两个职位对我来说都有他们的吸引力。所以在将来的五年里，我乐意成为一家公司的销售部领导或者我可以成为在像你们这样大的公司里面做带领一个组的领导。
3. What will you do to achieve your career goals? 为了达到你的职业目标，你将做什么？
Reference answer 1: To achieve my career goals, I think performance is the answer. If I perform well in the current position, I would naturally win the trust of the management team and more on to the next step of my career path. So what I'll do is to work hard and achieve good results at my job.
为了达到我的职业目标，我觉得业绩表现就是我的答案。如果我能在我现在职位表现好的话，我将会自然的赢得管理层的信任和职业生涯中我可以更进一步。所以我将要做的是努力工作并在我的工作上取得好的表现。
Reference answer 2: My long term career goal requires a wide range of skills. What I'll do is to keep improving myself at work and through self-training outside work. As a matter of fact, I've already started to do something. I've enrolled in a three-month English training program in LiYang E-say. Because I know English is important for my job.
我的长远的职业目标需要多方面的能力。我将要做的是一直在我的工作上提升自己并且通过工作外的时间来自我培训和修炼。事实上，我已经开始行动去做一些事情。我现在已经在李阳易说堂报了三个月的英语课程。因为我知道英语对于我的工作来说非常重要。
