该歌曲是Sex and City《欲望都市》影片当中，四个女主角到KTV一起合唱的歌曲。 来自澳洲的Helen Reddy是七十年代最红的女歌手之一，由她所谱写并且主唱的《I am Woman》，曾经被当时的女权运动者选为她们的主题曲。

Helen Reddy 1942年于澳洲Melbourne 出生﹐生长在一个音乐世家﹐自小已常作歌唱演出﹐后来移居美国﹐签约Capitol唱片﹐推出首张单曲I Don’t Know How to Love Him后﹐事业便平步青云。这张1975年出版的Helen Reddy’s Greatest Hits包罗了她于1971-1975年间十首流行Singles 作品﹐可说是首首动听。
